After prolonged usage file picker does not open and hangs #172
Description
This issue occurs in particular when trying to right click -> save picture in both Vivaldi and Zen.
After a number of successful saves eventually when trying to save a picture the file chooser will no longer show. Vivaldi's GUI will hang. While Zen's GUI keeps running, as soon as it happens once all subsequent tries to open the file picker will also fail.
If the issue happens within Vivaldi, xdg-desktop-portal-cosmic will exhibit 100% CPU usage. This does not happen with Zen where CPU usage stays flat.
In both cases, killing the latest instance of xdg-desktop-portal-cosmic will fix the issue.
