Describe the current behavior

This project do not propose a notebook to illustrate RAO use within pypowsybl.

Describe the expected behavior

Be able to expose a RAO result in a json and check it status.

Describe the motivation

Thanks to the first developements on pypowsybl to integrate powsybl open RAO (pypowsybl#832) it should be intereseted to propose a notebook to illustrate how to use it.
