Newbie question: can I make a complex modification that combines a launcher with a F1 key with a hide command in a double tap of F1

Basically, I want to launch Safari by tapping F1 once, and hide Safari (⌘h) with a double tap of F1.

Any example code would be most helpful, as I am new to Karabiner Elements and JSON.
