run docker fails

To create docker image of Cat gif, it needed add a new line: Werkzeug==2.3.7 inside flask-app > requirements.txt
It was not enough only Flask==2.0.2

Problem

In the Dockerfile section of the guide, specifically when I went to Run my first docker container.
I received error messages related to Werkzeurg, Jinja2 and itsdangerous.

Solution (I think)

My requirments.txt file ended up needing to be the following:
Flask==1.1.2
Werkzeug==1.0.1
Jinja2==3.0.3
itsdangerous==1.1.0
