Add Albanian Language Support

This PR adds Albanian (Shqip) language support to Tiny File Manager.

Changes

Added Albanian language translation with language code 'sq'
Translated all UI strings to Albanian
Follows existing translation structure and format
Used proper Albanian terminology for technical terms

Testing

Verified all translations are properly formatted
Ensured consistent terminology throughout the translation
