[docs] Add documentation for session properties in #26087

Document the session properties preferred_output_batch_bytes, preferred_output_batch_rows and max_output_batch_rows that were added to Presto in #26087.

Expected Behavior or Use Case

Documentation for these newly-added session properties should be present in the Presto documentation.

I commented requesting documentation be included in PR #26087 when the PR was opened and my comment was ignored. The PR was merged without response to my comment.

I am opening this issue to record the document gap of missing doc for these session properties.
