Fix data post-processing script

As @RubyFri mentioned in our call today, the Google Colab script for post-processing the raw data into the Google Sheets is broken. @RubyFri will work with @Spongebosch to fix it. @RubyFri, is there anything that @Spongebosch needs to know?

The colab in general should work since not much has changed. Our current error is that we "Cannot mask with non-boolean array containing NA / NaN values." It is still unclear if this is coming from the crawl data, the processing analysis data, or the parse data for google sheets colab. Once this cell is fixed the rest of the script should run as intended
