Update Bank_Reserves example for mesa 3.1.4

The current code for the bank_reserves example doesn't work with the latest mesa version i.e `3.1.4`. 

The following changes are supposed to be made to ensure that it works perfectly well:
- update the portrayal 
- Add Solara support for visualization
- remove mesa modular server implementation
- update `requirements.txt`
