GIS examples are broken on latest Mesa

I'm not sure exactly what update triggered this, but SolaraViz no longer takes the list of components as the second argument, which broke the GIS examples. Should be a pretty easy fix, just updating the argument list to have an explicit components=.

If error is "AttributeError: 'list' object has no attribute 'value' ^"
Change page object in app.py to

did the job for me at least in agents_and_networks example
