Testing Windows 10 Home Insider Preview (Build 21343) - It doesn't work

Greetings,

I just downloaded for curiosity this build 21343 to check the new icons, I tried to do as usual to use the drivers for the PS4 Webcam and it's not working, it detects it, the cmd starts for a second, it makes it available to the system but there's no image output.
