Error: ucrtbased.dll not found

Starting the process for patching,
the OrbisEyeCameraFimrewareLoader.exe doesnt find the ucrtbased.dll

i found that library on the following page:
https://de.dll-files.com/ucrtbased.dll.html

and copied into the bin/ folder where the .exe file is, then it works ..

not sure because of licensing, but it would be nice to have this .dll-file in the git-zip also ..

a bit late to the conversation but you gotta have visual studio installed you can install any version with c++ in it community edition is free and works
