RFC 5785 for publiccode.yml files

Thanks for your work on publiccode.yml.

We're considering using the /.well-known/ directory to make discovery easier. Have you already worked on this and registered a key for publiccode.yml? Also, how do you represent an array of projects?

we had thoughts on this but decided not to proceed as the publiccode.yml format is closely related to code and not to a specific deployment of it. can you elaborate further on what you'd like to happen?

@adulau as @ruphy said, it wasn't designed for that, but linking publiccode.yml to a verified organization without any extra onboarding step is extremely attractive.

Just for brainstorming: YAML supports multiple documents in a single file, so in theory a single publiccode.yml could represent multiple projects as well.
