Replace custom install command with upstream usage #134
Description
After puppetlabs-toy-chest/pct#350, it will be possible to remove the copied install command from PRM and instead instantiate the command in main, as with build.
Acceptance Criteria

cmd/installfolder and files are removed - The
InstallCommandstruct is instantiated in main and the command created from that struct
