sometimes pyosmeta enters "NAME" as the name

you can see here this users name is clearly in their GitHub profile so pyosmeta should be able to capture it. but right now it's failing to do so. We need to figure out why and fix that over here.

closing this issue. It turns out our Name was in our template - it was a typo. fixed here - pyOpenSci/software-submission#218 and unrelated to pyosmeta
