Chatbot Integration

My idea is to integrate an AI chatbot into the home page for quick questions about the library of how to use it.
I was thinking of using Pickaxe project. Also i think the free tier is enough.

Thanks for your feature request. I would say that while this is not completely out of scope, it is definitely not one of our imminent priorities, we have been wanting to do this with RAG-based AI techniques for the PyBaMM documentation that is hosted separately on Read the Docs. This is potentially a long-term project and requires substantial effort over a period of many months and subsequent maintenance plus managerial endeavours towards hosting charges, upkeep, improvements, etc. This project was not selected as a part of the GSoC 2024 programme. Please stay tuned for the next iteration of GSoC and keep looking at https://pybamm.org/open-source-programs/ for more.

I'll close this now, since it is out of scope for both the documentation website and the main website. The GSoC 2024 project I mentioned above was not floated in 2025, and most likely won't be available in 2026 either.
