Version 3.10.0 is now available.

We are pleased to announce version 3.10.0, which includes all commits on dev.

v3.10 was not planned, but there will be a bigger delay in getting v4.0.0 released (end of year, at the earliest).

Please remark that the bit handling have changed to be strict LSB -> MSB across bytes, and the term slave have been replaced with device.
