issue with New Haven dataset

The naming of the New Haven, CT dataset may have been altered at some point causing it to be unfetchable. The following previously worked (see here in spaghetti tutorial):

In [1]: import libpysal
In [2]: libpysal.examples.fetch_all()
In [3]: newhaven = libpysal.examples.get_path("newhaven_nework.shp")
newHaven.shp is not a file in any installed dataset.

More strangeness. After calling libpysal.examples.available() the New Haven data is found in a buried directory.

In [2]: libpysal.examples.get_path("newhaven_nework.shp")
newhaven_nework.shp is not a file in any installed dataset.
