Discussion: Do you see the structure OK?

I don't have any strong opinions on this, but:

• The structure seems good. My only doubt is about the docs. Not sure if we use that pattern that much, but for an open project it's nice.
• pipenv > pip
• Same as structure?
• This is to reproduce the runserver of django, isn't it? I like it, it's easier this way.
