Start hosting CFP office hours

The aim of these calls is to solve any doubts people might have, or sometimes folks just need basic validation about their ideas, how to write a CFP for those etc. This will encourage more people to get help.

• We collect interest via a Google form (same as last year).
• Send out invite based on number of responses. We could aim for a call every 2 weeks. (4 till the CFP deadline).
• Comms WG can take care of talking about these along with CFP promotion.
