@rayandas can you add more details to the timeline? like dates of posting. The idea is to provide the content and social media with a detailed ask of posts in a timeline.

@rayandas Suggesting to create subtasks for social media promotions and assign them to Surbhi. @SurbhiK-09 can then create poster issues within the promotion issues. This is the practice we had followed for CFP promotions as well, please check this parent ticket for reference #47
