For example, https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/actions/runs/14613732857/job/40999293907 has the name
linux-focal-cuda11.8-py3.10-gcc9-debug / test (default, 5, 7, lf.ephemeral.linux.4xlarge.nvidia.gpu, oncall:debug-build, rerun_disabled_te...
if you query for it in the gh api. I assume the webhook also gets similar truncation since that's also the name in ClickHouse
