[BUG] Qb-ambulance

Hi,
I'm having an issue with qb-ambulancejob. As soon as I join the server – before I even select a character – I instantly get the bleedout (BW) screen as if the player is dead.

Then, after selecting any character and spawning into the game, I’m still in the BW state, even though the character had full health before logging out.

Is this a known issue? Is there any way to prevent the bleedout screen from triggering before character selection, and avoid being in BW after logging in with full HP?

Currently having the same issue, and I have never has this before.
