Python code editor's toggle comment keyboard shortcut can't be used on some keyboard layouts #61355

Description

@JuhoErvasti

What is the bug or the crash?

The shortcut is mapped to CTRL+:, but some keyboard layouts don't have a dedicated button for the colon : symbol (at least scandinavian + Finnish). It's also not possible to remap the shortcut as far as I can tell making it impossible to use it.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Open Python console code editor
  2. Write some code in the editor
  3. Attempt to toggle comment on lines with the keyboard shortcut
  4. See results
