再newAPI模型管理中，希望能对每个渠道提供自定义规则配置
Use Case / Motivation / 使用场景 / 动机
我是对于每一个站点区分很多渠道，例如不同模型分渠道、不同分组分渠道
例如某站点，OpenAI模型一个key，gemini一个key，分2个渠道管理，其中gemini绘图模型单独分一个渠道，再加一个渠道。gemini区分不同渠道，每个渠道分一个渠道管理。并且每个渠道提供的模型不同。
Proposed Solution / 建议的解决方案
- 可以使用正则表达式匹配模型，其他模型忽略
- 可以精确查询查询上游当前分组的模型列表
