label page  - change the number appearance and information

In the label page, there is a need to change 
1) The number (for a particular dimension) in the chart, instead of i.e. 5/8.9 --> they do not know that 8.9 represents the 100% for that dimension so we need to provide this information. So, for instance, if a dimension scores 4 out of 8, which is 50%, then this should be clear.

2) similarly in the tabular format for both dimensions and metrics
