Display token refresh time #283
Description
It might be a good idea to display token refresh time in the web console as part of the timings.
If OIDC is enabled this can contribute to latency when running queries.
Token refresh time would be displayed only if token refresh was necessary before the query.
This time would not be part of the Execute or Network times, it would be a separate measurement.
