Include Change Date into usethis::use_release_issue Workflow

When following the use_release_issue steps, I regularly forget to update the date, as this does not seem to be included in the suggested workflow.

I would suggest either including this as one of the to-do items in the created issue or incorporating it into the use_version function. I would personally prefer the latter option, as I almost always want to set the date to the current date when I increment the version number.

If you're referring to the Date field in DESCRIPTION, the recommended workflow is to remove this field from DESCRIPTION:

We discourage the explicit use of the Date field, as it is extremely easy to forget to update it if you manage Date by hand. This field will be populated in the natural course of bundling the package, e.g. when submitting to CRAN, and we recommend that you just let that happen.

Thank you, I was not aware of this. In that case, this suggestion is of course not relevant.
