This is a rewrite with the following changes:

• Import and Export logic separated per Browser. (will simplify the support of other browsers if needed)
• Chrome converter can export bookmarks as a chromium formatted and importable html and json file.
• Firefox converter can export bookmarks as a firefox formatted and importable html and json file.
• Bookmarkie can now support db, html and json
• CLI updated and changed, now it can also accept an output path
• updated bookmarks_file_structure.md to include more information regarding the formats and structure.
• there are breaking changes to the Bookmarkie and DB models.
