Support user action history via Audited #3550

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We don't use PaperTrail in my codebase, we instead use a relatively popular alternative called Audited.
As a result, user action history doesn't currently work for us, because it only works with PaperTrail.
It used to work in our codebase with the legacy RailsAdmin::History adapter , but it was removed in RailsAdmin v3. Because we don't want to use both PaperTrail and Audited to do the same thing, we currently have no choice but to disable the user action history feature entirely.
Describe proposed solution(s)
- Support user action history with a new Audited adapter.
- Alternatively, bring back the legacy
RailsAdmin::Historyadapter.
