feat: migrate okx to the hub

Summary

This PR migrates the OKX wallet integration to the Hub.

⚠️ Known Limitations

1. Disconnect

After disconnecting from the dApp, the connection cannot be restored automatically.
To reconnect, the user must manually disconnect from the wallet UI first, then connect again from the dApp.

2. Switch Account

Switching accounts inside the wallet does not update the connected account in the dApp.
A full disconnect and reconnect is required for the changes to take effect.
This issue is limited to EVM accounts.
