When any configuration of the Ratepay payment needs to be changed via the Magento backend, all of its configuration entries are persisted to
core_config_datawhich clobbers up the latter and makes it hard to distinguish changed entries from default values.This can be prevented by simply adding
canRestore="1"to every configuration field, which this PR adresses.
