Contrib - Small fixes + twitch_dash_update feature

Description

Several minor bugs and some exception handling, better logging on some places and the feature to choose how often in minutes, the twitch dashboard will update to check drops progress, Default to 60 minutes .

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)

How Has This Been Tested?

I've been testing for a couple weeks now.
