[feat][inspector-monitor] Add option to toggle visibility of RTKQ actions

Can you add a checkbox to the default action monitor to show/hide RTKQ-related actions?
I think one of the biggest critiques towards RTKQ in terms of debugging was that it dispatches a lot of actions, and makes non-RTKQ-code more difficult to debug.
So having a switch for just hiding those automated actions would be super-cool.

Also hoping for this, as the RTKQ actions do indeed make debugging harder (which is a shame, considering the debuggability is one of the key selling-points of redux).

Implement it myself for my case btw, but would be good to have in the tool I think
