Folder Structure with RTK Slices Q&A

I am currently using RTK but i have a questions about folder structure:

1. I see in a lot of resource about RTK that we need to create a folder named features and then put the slice, styles, component, etc... for that feature, example a ListUsers feature, but if i have a slice that can be used in two diferent features where should be placed in the folder structure.

/src 
 /features  
   /users
      users.js
      users.slice.js
      users.css.js

2. A global component could have a slice, for example a select what is filled with a api response? and what should be the folder structure for this?
