[Bug?]: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'cwd') when packing API function

What's not working?

Since v8.8.0, I am receiving the following error when running yarn rw deploy serverless --stage dev --side api --pack-only. As a result, I am unable to upgrade as I cannot deploy the API side of the application.

I suspect the bug may have been introduced in #12063, since I see some changes that reference cwd in that PR.

How do we reproduce the bug?

yarn rw deploy serverless --stage dev --side api --pack-only

We're winding down development of Redwood and moving things over to https://cedarjs.com / https://github.com/cedarjs/cedar instead. Please post the issue over there together with full reproduction steps and I'll take a look 🙏

Just running the reproduction command you gave I (unsurprisingly) got this:
