Will the parameter OPENAI_BASE_URL be read during self-deployment?

OPENAI_BASE_URL 这个参数在自部署的时候会读取吗，找了源码发现并没有调用这个参数。可以解答一下疑惑吗，非常感谢！

We use openai Node SDK under the hood, which can read OPENAI_BASE_URL from the env. Check out the SDK code: https://github.com/openai/openai-node/blob/master/src/index.ts#L136.
