Allow Partial Selection of Nodes with Lasso/Marquee Tool #1243

Currently, the lasso/marquee selection tool requires nodes to be fully enclosed within the selection area to be selected. In dense or complex layouts, this significantly reduces efficiency. Users need to repeatedly adjust the selection area to capture the intended nodes, resulting in a sluggish editing experience.
Describe the solution you'd like
Support selecting nodes when they are partially enclosed.
Or provide a toggle option for users to switch between “full enclosure” and “partial enclosure” modes.
Additional context
This is already a standard behavior in most design tools and can greatly improve canvas operation efficiency.
