enhance the HTML extension

• add the Directory
• move the StatusInfoConverter (used to convert error statuses into HTML response)
• update the migration page (in the wiki for the moment)

As the framework turned to be a Web API framework, and as the Directory is mainly used to serve Web pages, it's time to remove the Directory class (and any relevant classes such as the DirectoryServerResource) from the core.
