Extension Swagger requires Jackson 2.2.4

It's not clear at the moment that the extension Swagger requires version 2.2.4 of Jackson. If the application uses another Jackson version, there are side effects. This should be explicitly described within the readme of the extension.

@templth From this paste http://pastekit.com/k5okRN it seems that its a method problem where the method is found in version 2.2.4 of Jackson, missing on other versions:

[INFO] java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: com.fasterxml.jackson.core.JsonGenerator.setCurrentValue(Ljava/lang/Object;)V

@templth , something is not clear to me: where does this dependency to Jackson 2.2.4 comes from?
Current release 2.3.1 relies on Jackson 2.4.
