Issue Accessing Maven Repository

I'm trying to use the Grails JAX/RS plugin which uses RESTlet under the covers. It can't access the Maven repository. When you try the link

http://maven.restlet.org/org/restlet/gae/org.restlet.lib.org.json/2.0/org.restlet.lib.org.json-2.0.jar

you get

HTTP ERROR: 500

Problem accessing /org/restlet/gae/org.restlet.lib.org.json/2.0/org.restlet.lib.org.json-2.0.jar. Reason:

An exception occured writing the response entity

Powered by Jetty://

Can someone please have a look at this issue?

I have the same problem downloading http://maven.restlet.org/org/restlet/jse/org.restlet/2.1-SNAPSHOT/org.restlet-2.1-SNAPSHOT.pom

Maven files had wrong file rights.
