Describe the bug

When a new user account is created and the administrator name is changed on the role page, all data is deleted.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the role page
  2. Create a new role (role name Administrator 1)
  3. Go to the users page
  4. Create a new user (change role to Administrator 1)
  5. Go to the new user account (then go to the role page and change the name of administrator
