I ack that the existing verbiage isn't correct, but neither is the new change. If we're going to update it then we should make it correct, no? The definition for native gates is correct at docs.rigetti.com , although on reading it now it does not make it perfectly clear that the bullets below "must be native" define "native." The documentation describing "Legal compiler input" was outdated. This PR fixes it to describe what I believe is currently the case.
