Add Korean UI Translation

Hello, I am a Korean frontend developer currently using Memento to study Japanese. I appreciate the quality of work that has gone into this project.
I believe providing a Korean-translated interface could make the program more accessible and convenient for many Korean users, and help grow the user base.
I’d be happy to contribute by translating Memento’s interface into Korean. If I proceed with the translation, I’d appreciate your guidance on which files I should start from.

I'd be happy to implement a translation if I had help to do so. One of the major mistakes I made when creating Memento was I didn't wrap any string in C++ in tr()'s. Before I start accepting help, I'm going to need to do some finding and fixing of this before translations became feasible. I'll have a lot more time to work on Memento in September, so this will be part of what I'll work on.
