Is Jack not used anymore?

Hi,
I'm using QTractor 1.5.3 and I realized it ignores JACK is running.

And JACK ignores QTractor. I'm using Fedora 41 KDE and while I'm using Pipewire I unsinstalled the pipewire-jack-audio-connection-kit package and replaced it with jack-audio-connection-kit. JACK works as expected with Ardour, Audacity and Muse. Was this solved in the latest release? I'm using the latest available version from Flathub.

UPDATE! I downloaded the AppImage version and it works OK.

Flatpaks (as from flathub) are Pipewire only! there's no JACK from there at all--you must know this already.
