Updates Gen3 repository and adds Gen3 Lite

There's an official repository from Kinova where there's a more recent URDF description file of the Gen3 but also one of the Gen3 Lite, this PR adds them both.

Thank you for this update 👍 My two cents:

• To pass the awesome-linter all links should be unique. In that case you can e.g. put links to the URDF files themselves rather than the sub-directory.
• The Gen3 lite description is indeed an URDF in that repository, but the Gen3 (without 2F-85 end-effector) itself is only available in Xacro? In that case don't hesitate to add a Xacro link, and keep the previous link for URDF.

Sounds good — I’ll update it soon. I noticed after submitting the PR that there’s actually another repo under the official Kinova org that has the gen3.urdf, so if you're cool with it, I’ll switch to using that one instead.

Done @stephane-caron, I noticed there are a few other URDF files for different Kinova robots in some of the other KinovaRobotics repos. I might take some time to add them in a separate PR later, if that’s something you’d be interested in?
