Missing caused by

The caused by is not sent to logdna currently. For example running in an exceeption like this:

Exception r = new RuntimeException("Some message");
throw new RuntimeException("Some other message", r);

should output

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.RuntimeException: Some other message

Hi,

Apologies but as I'm no longer using LogDNA I can't spare the time to maintain this library.

You are welcome to run your own fork, however there is another similar library that is being maintained.

I haven't used it though.

I should have put this notice on the main repo a while ago but LogDNA said they were taking the library in-house, so expected it to become redundant at some point.
