Version 2.3 is not available on JMeter Plugins Manager

Good day Mohamed Ibrahim,

I am using JMeter 5.6.3 and JMeter Plugins Manager 1.11.
However, I cannot see the version of 2.3 on the drop-down selection for Extended CSV Data Set Config.
Please see below screenshot for reference.

Is there any way that 2.3 version will be available on the Plugins Manager?
