RPM release for 0.13

I noticed that the RPM package python3-bloom on AlmaLinux 8 is still on version 0.11.2 and that it is not available at all on AlmaLinux 9. Can you release the newest version 0.13 as RPM to both?

I can make a RHEL 8 update happen, but Bloom still requires vcstools, which has been unmaintained for some timed and was removed from Fedora and RHEL releases moving forward, which is why it isn't in EPEL 9 (or 10).
