RDoc Syntax is Actually Yard Syntax

Most of the rdoc cheatsheet is actually a yard cheatsheet. Most of the syntax methods (e.g. @param, @return, @raise, etc) are not supported by RDoc. This is especially confusing since the page now ranks when searching for common searches like "rdoc syntax".
