Pins not updating / behaves strangely in reference explorer

Description

If I change my pinned references in the reference explorer, it doesn't save. I have had this issue since 2.4.1.

Also, I have another issue where if I pin "Microsoft VBScript Regular Expressions 5.5" in the reference explorer, the next time I open rubberduck my pin will be "Microsoft VBScript Regular Expressions 1.0". Initially I thought I just misclicked, and couldn't change it due to the above bug. However, when I installed rubberduck on a fresh system I made sure to choose 5.5, but still have 1.0 pinned. It is a bit hard to check because my pins wont update anyway, so this could be a weird phantom bug.

I expect that the pins should update.

Just wanted to update that I have tried this on new PC with a new version of Rubberduck, and when I pin regex 5.5 it changes it to being regex 1.0 the next time I open Rubberduck.
